Fly Tying

In this course learn the techniques and skills of Fly Tying with both traditional and modern materials, using a variety of methods and techniques.

No previous experience, knowledge or qualifications are required.

You will learn through demonstrations followed by practical sessions.

Items to bring to the class include:

  • Vice, tools
  • Thread (if available)

Equipment can be provided for the first few weeks.

Additional costs: £10 per term to cover the cost of all materials and hooks.

Use the ties you make in class when you go fishing.
