Dancasize is a type of dancing which allows a lot of flexibility in the routines for people who like to freestyle more. With my background of disco classes, I have combined aerobics with disco! Dancasize is more aerobics based, fun, exciting, catchy and it appeals to the absolute beginner to the more advanced dancer.
Latino is a dance class created for those who love the Latin American type of dancing- Jive, cha cha, samba, salsa, mambo. Bespoke routines delivered and I will teach you the technique you need to dance each type of Latin American dance!
Pop-Latinosize combo – BRAND NEW BEGINNER CLASS!
It combines both the dancasize and latino in one class.
If you would like both the latino and disco/freestyle aerobic style of dancing combined, then this is for you! Keep fit whilst having fun!
No previous experience required.
No Qualifications needed. You will need to fill in a simple Par-q health Questionnaire before joining the class.
I will break down the routines in easy to learn chunks! We will practice them to music and build up the catalogue of routines learnt over the term.
Water bottle and clothes you can easily exercise in. Gym/training gear are advised.
Please wear -Trainers, dance shoes or dance trainers. Don’t buy any dance shoes until you have tried the class and I can advise you what to get if you want to go that route. Trainers are fine and are best to start with. PLEASE- No sandals, flip flops or high heeled shoes are allowed!
