Pilates

This is an exercise and movement class introducing the principles of Pilates, designed to progress gradually in intensity and complexity over the 10 week course.

This course is suitable for all abilities and no previous experience or knowledge is required.

Individuals will learn by taking part and practising the exercises and correct movement patterns.

Items to bring / wear to class include clothing that is easy to move in – jogging bottoms or leggings. A mat, towel/head pad.

Progress can be made to the Intermediate Pilates class.
