Enrolments for April 2024 are now OPEN!!! Courses will start from week commencing 8th April - however please check the start dates of the course you are interested in as some dates do vary.

Refunds

100% of the course fee will be refunded if the learner decides to not attend the course for whatever reason as long as a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice is given prior to the course starting.

0% of the course fee will be refunded if the learner withdraws from the course after this and once the course has started.

100% of the course fee will be refunded if the course is cancelled prior to the start date due low numbers of enrolments, making the course non-viable.

There will be no roll over of fees due to missed classes between terms for any reason.

If we are forced to close classes for any unforseen circumstances and an alternative method of teaching cannot be sought (e.g. online), fees paid for the classes remaining will be refunded or they will be transferred over to the next term or when classes can resume.

These rules are in place as tutors and venues are booked and secured in advance. The decision to run a course is based on the numbers that have enrolled. Payments are still required for tutors and venues once a course has started.
