Intermediate to Advanced French – Year 3
‘A mixed-ability course for previous or new French Intermediate to Advanced learners wishing to improve and extend overall fluency and understanding, expand vocabulary and grammar and improve pronunciation.
You may already have followed an Intermediate French course, and should have at least O-Level or GCSE, and possibly AS or even A-Level language competence. You should be able to hold your own (in spite of errors) in mixed conversation, using different tenses and asking and answering questions relatively confidently.
Classes will be predominantly taught in French throughout, across a wide range of topics. Developing translation, listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via articles, books, general conversation and teacher-led group activities.
Please bring a pen and paper to class. Any reference materials of your choosing (optional).
Following this course you can progress to Advanced French Year 3.
